Shipping Schedule

Upon confirmed of receive payment, order item (subject to stock availability) will be courier within 2 working days. (Estimated time depends on courier company and delivery location).

 

AGLOW will provide you with a link to track your package online through email. AGLOW advise you to group your item in one order. AGLOW cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

AGLOW will not be responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding/ courier company. AGLOW will not offer exchange, replacements and/or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding/ courier company. If a package is lost or damage after being received by the freight forwarded/ courier company, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarded/ courier company, please contact them directly.

Please contact hello@aglowskins.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving AGLOW delivery confirmation email. AGLOW is unable to assist with product(s) that arrived broken and/or missing outside of the return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken product(s) and/or package.

Return Policy

If there is a defect in the product(s), it is possible to return within 7 days of receiving the product(s). AGLOW will exchange 1: 1 of the similar product(s). Return shipping fee will be borne by purchaser. To return and exchange, please email AGLOW at hello@aglowskins.com and submit “Defect Replacement Exchange – Invoice No. ####”. Please write down the defect problem with attached supporting documents (etc. Pictures, Videos and Others) and invoice number in the email. Confirmation of approve “Return and Exchange” will be send through email after investigation/ inspection is concluded. The exchange “new” product(s) will be courier to purchaser after AGLOW received, inspect and confirm the defected product(s). AGLOW is not responsible for product(s) returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to AGLOW beforehand.

*Please note that there are S.O.P. in place to ensure quality control, AGLOW double-checks eachproduct(s) before sending it out*

If the product(s) is not defect and the purchaser is requesting for refund on AGLOW product(s). Here are some terms and conditions when exchange, return and/or refund is not acceptable:

  • 7 days have passed since delivery date.
  • The product(s) are lost or damaged due to purchaser’s negligence.
  • Oxidation and/or changes of color that occurs naturally to the product(s).
  • The product(s) are purchase from unauthorize and/or unofficial affiliates.
  • The value of the product(s) has decreased over time rendering difficulties to re-list.
  • The value of the product(s) has decreased due to the use of the customer or purchaser and/or consumption.
  • Allergic reaction from product(s).

To refund, please email AGLOW at hello@aglowskins.com and submit “Refund – Invoice No. ####”. Please write down the reason with attached supporting documents (etc. Picture, Videos and Others) and invoice number in the email. Confirmation of approve “Refund” will be send through email after investigation/ inspection is concluded. Once confirmation of approval Is emailed, purchaser must ship the product(s) back to AGLOW. Refund will be made within 7 to 14 working days upon receipt and inspection of the product. Normally refund will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect on purchaser’s statement. AGLOW is not responsible for product(s) returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to AGLOW beforehand.

AGLOW monitor return, exchange and/or refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if AGLOW find that AGLOW policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse of AGLOW policies shall be in AGLOW sole discretion and is not appealable. AGLOW are not obligated to disclose AGLOW reasons and methods, other than to inform the purchaser(s) that the return, exchange and/or refund request is being refused for abuse of AGLOW policy.
